Your pillow arrives vacuum-packed for easier shipping. After opening:

1. Gently shake, tap, and reshape the petals.

2. Allow approximately 24–48 hours for the pillow to regain its fullness.

3. For additional fluffing, gently massage the filling by hand.

For everyday care, spot clean with a damp cloth. When deeper cleaning is needed, wash gently in cold water and allow to air dry.
